Roles/Responsibilities Summary:
- Event Management and on-site point of contact for the client team
- Arrive at venue and make sure room is set up according to plan
- AV/Entertainment (digital screens, DJ, photobooth, etc.)
- Set up swag (assemble 400 tote bags)
- Watch food stations & passed apps
- Facilitate attendee check-in & scan them as they come in
- Facilitate event flow
