A+A 2019 in Düsseldorf

A+A is the leading global trade fair for personal protection, occupational safety and health at work. The two abbreviations stand for Arbeitsrecht (labour law) and Arbeitsmedizin (occupational medicine). A+A takes place annually and acts as an international platform to establish new contacts in the industriy and maintain existing ones. At A+A, new products, innovations and solutions will be presented that help people work safer, healthier and more efficiently. Experts from the trades, industry and commerce, administration, business and politics come together. In a solution-oriented exchange, ideas and concepts are developed and presented which adapt the working reality of working people to a working world that is changing more rapidly than ever before.

More than 67,000 visitors from 134 countries attended A+A 2018. They were inspired by the innovations, products and solutions of the 1,942 exhibitors from 63 countries on an exhibition area of over 70,500 m². The product categories of A+A 2019 are divided into occupational safety, health at work, prevention of special hazards, operational environmental protection, prevention of material damage and quality reduction and measurement technology to prevent malfunctions. The focal points for 2019 are:

The supporting programme of the fair includes various events such as forums, theme parks, festivals, award ceremonies, live events and special shows. Live events include, for example, the Highlight Route Future of Work, the Trend Forum Safety & Return, the Trend Forum Health & WorkPlace Design and the Workshop Operational Fire Protection and Emergency Management.
