HORIZON 2020 Stuttgart

The HORIZON is the event for orientation after the Abitur. It stands for study and career orientation for high school graduates. However, the offer also includes topics such as student financing, scholarships, gap year, internship, au pair, work & travel, voluntary service, dual studies or studying abroad and thus covers the entire period after the Abitur. Students have the opportunity to obtain information from national and international universities, companies, colleges and organisations. The event is suitable for all those who want to prepare for their time after graduation.

More than 166 universities, companies and organisations from all over Germany presented themselves at HORIZON 2019 in Stuttgart and attracted 8,700 visitors. They were ready to answer any questions the visitors might have. At HORIZON 2020 in Stuttgart, a special focus will be on the topics of studying abroad, internships abroad, work & travel, au pairs and voluntary service.

The accompanying programme will include various workshops which will provide students with practical help and specific advice on applications, time and stress management. Extensive lectures and expert talks will inform visitors about important topics such as student financing or gap-year. Admission is free.
