südback 2020 [ABGESAGT] in Stuttgart

Joint stand BMWThe südback is the trade fair for the bakery and confectionery trades. Every year it takes place in Stuttgart and stands for fine fragrances, taste, quality and craftsmanship combined with real enjoyment, technical innovations and current trends. A lively exchange of opinions, ideas, information and technical innovations takes place at the industry's most important national trade fair.

The südback 2019 attracted 37,500 trade visitors from 97 countries. On an exhibition area of 65,000 m², they received advice on the products, concepts, processes and technologies of the 710 exhibitors. The main focuses of südback 2020 are: Raw materials for bakers and confectioners, working and industrial technology, business furnishings and equipment, merchandise, sales promotion, services, information, management. The BMWi's sponsored joint stand was particularly interesting for young companies.
