Staff requested:
• 8 Brand Ambassadors (EN/DE) (m/f/d)

Event: IEM Cologne
Brand to be represented: Superfly

Dates and Times:

This is a multi-day event. Full availability is required for the event days as well as for a virtual and an onsite training session prior to the event.

Tasks:
• As a Brand Ambassador, you welcome visitors, provide information about products and services, and represent the brand professionally.
• You support the team during IEM Cologne.
• You actively engage with guests and attendees.
• You represent the brand onsite.
• You assist with activations and crowd interaction.
• You provide product and event information to attendees.
• You support the event flow and maintain a strong brand presence throughout the event.

Dress Code:
TBC by client (likely Business Formal attire)

Profile:
• You are passionate about esports, gaming, and/or technology.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are comfortable engaging with gaming and esports communities.
• Previous gaming/esports event experience is a strong plus.
• Experience at IEM Cologne in previous years is highly preferred.
• Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Briefing:
• A 1-hour virtual briefing will take place prior to the event week (date TBC).
• Mandatory onsite training on June 17th, 2026 from 14:00–17:00
