We run a cooking school and event venue in Cologne and host cooking events for corporate and private groups. For peak periods and larger events, we hire additional service staff. We typically post job openings on InStaff five to seven days in advance and receive enough applications to make selective hires. The profiles show experience and reviews, and the hourly rates are transparent from the start. Even last-minute bookings are possible: For one event, we had only one day’s notice. The selection was correspondingly smaller, but we were able to find a suitable candidate. What’s particularly important to us is that the platform handles everything—registration, insurance, and payroll are completely taken care of.
