As a company, we have been using InStaff's services for several months now and are completely satisfied. The homepage is intuitive to use, as are the scheduling and selection of staff and communication. InStaff regularly endeavours to obtain feedback and customer satisfaction. So far, everything has always run smoothly. In one case, InStaff organised a replacement within 60 minutes when a member of staff suddenly fell ill (due to coronavirus) and was unable to come to an event with lots of children and parents. That's what I call commitment. The hotline is available daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., that's what I call service. Labour protection, (social) insurance and other benefits are also covered.
