südback 2019 in Stuttgart

The südback is the trade fair for the bakery and confectionery trades. It takes place every two years in Stuttgart and stands for fine fragrances, taste, quality and craftsmanship combined with real enjoyment, technical innovations and current trends. A lively exchange of opinions, ideas, information and technical innovations takes place at the industry's most important national trade fair.

37,000 trade visitors from 80 different countries came to südback 2017 to get up to date with recent developments, innovations, technologies and products of the 700 exhibitors on an exhibition area of 65,000 m². The product areas of the fair were: Bakery machines, sales equipment, raw materials, coffee, frozen foods, shop fittings, baking agents, packaging materials, bakery equipment, confectionery, ovens, confectionery equipment, refrigeration technology, services, air-conditioning technology, specialist publications, ice cream machines.
