ProSweets Cologne 2020 in Köln

ProSweets Cologne is the supplier fair for the confectionery industry. It takes place annually and is aimed exclusively at trade visitors. Here visitors are offered the entire range of supplies for the confectionery and snack industry - the trade fair is unique. From packaging technologies to raw materials specially required for confectionery and snack production, process technologies, refrigeration and air-conditioning technologies, operating and auxiliary equipment as well as the topics of food safety and quality management, all relevant areas will be covered. ProSweets Cologne and ISM - the world's leading trade fair for confectionery and snacks - will take place in parallel and complement each other perfectly.

ProSweets Cologne 2019 attracted 21,000 trade visitors from over 100 countries. They were impressed by the products, innovations, recipes and concepts of more than 340 suppliers from 34 countries. The focus of the fair was on sustainable packaging, sugar substitutes and natural flavourings. The product areas for 2020 are:
