EXPO REAL 2020 in München

EXPO REAL, Europe's largest B2B trade fair for real estate and investment, has been held in Munich every October since 1998. It represents the entire value chain of the international real estate sector - from conception, design, investment and financing to realisation, marketing, operation and use. As the linchpin of the industry, it attracts the Who's Who every year and thus offers the very best prerequisites for successful networking at decision-maker level. The focus is particularly on the most important real estate markets such as office, retail, hotel, logistics and residential real estate. At EXPO REAL international experts from the entire value chain will provide information about the whole life cycle of real estate.

Expo 2019 attracted a total of more than 46,500 participants from more than 76 countries - of which 22,065 were trade visitors. Almost 2,200 exhibitors from 45 countries presented their products on an exhibition area of 64,000 m². The main focus of the fair was on the new subject area "Innovation" - so the new hall NOVA3 was a complete success on this very subject. The trade fair themes for 2019 were:

As part of the EXPO REAL 2019 conference programme, around 130 top-class roundtable discussions were held in which 600 experts presented current topics, innovations and trends in the real estate, investment and financing industries. The dialogue moved along the entire value chain. Urban development, asset classes as well as innovation and digitisation also accounted for a large proportion of the discussion rounds.
