At the job fair, everything revolves around job search, career, training, business start-ups and everything else related to it. The job fair visits many locations every year, so that it is represented in all major cities in Germany and covers virtually the entire country. Visitors can inform themselves about job, training and further education as well as study offers and also apply directly on site. From small companies to global players in industry from a wide range of sectors, all companies are represented at the fair - the topic "career" is completely covered. The fair is an absolute must for job seekers, school leavers, graduates, career starters, job changers and returnees as well as for employers, personnel service providers and educational institutions.

Numerous visitors came to the 10th Job Fair Nuremberg 2019 to obtain comprehensive advice, inspiration and advertising from the numerous exhibitors. The motto of this year's event is: "All paths to your career!

In the accompanying program of the fair, the exhibitors offered various participatory activities to directly involve the visitors and to provide better opportunities for them to get to know each other. Ulrich Maly, Lord Mayor of the City of Nuremberg, is patron of the 12th Job Fair Nuremberg 2020 and also organises the welcoming speech for the exhibition.
