PCIM Europe 2020 [VERSCHOBEN] in Nürnberg

PCIM Europe has been held once a year since 1979 and is the leading international trade fair and conference for power electronics, renewable energy and energy management, as well as intelligent drive technology. Representatives from industry and science meet here, creating perfect circumstances for promising synergies to arise. The trade fair and conference also function as an innovation platform - presenting innovations and new technologies to the public for the first time. The entire value chain will be represented at PCIM Europe, providing a broad overview of the industry.

PCIM Europe 2019 attracted more than 12,000 trade visitors, who were welcomed by more than 515 exhibitors on 25,000 m² of exhibition space. In 2019, the trade fair was divided into the following 12 product groups:

• Magnetic materials and auxiliary materials for wound products
• Thermal Management
• Sensors
• Assemblies and subsystems
• Power electronic converter systems
• Power Quality and Energy Storage

As part of the supporting programme of the event, the trade fair presented 333 lectures, conferences, tutorials and workshops. In addition, 107 forum presentations took place. Other highlights included keynote presentations, an exclusive range of seminars and tutorials as well as special sessions, panel discussions and product presentations.
