Since 2000, Zukunft Personal Süd, the most important event for personnel management in Southern Germany, has been targeting trade visitors, especially managers, works councils, journalists, personnel recruiters and payroll accounting. Every year, the trade fair highlights trends in the industry that point the way to the future. From product innovations and developments for all relevant personnel issues, organisational development and management to personnel software, recruiting, further training, labour law and new personnel services in the digital age - all this is covered by the exhibitors at Zukunft Personal Süd.

In 2019, the fair welcomed around 5,000 visitors, who were inspired by almost 330 top exhibitors. The focal points of the 2019 fair was:
