The world's leading trade fair for beverage and liquid food technology is drinktec. It was founded in 1951 and can therefore draw on many years of experience. It takes place every 4 years, gives the industry the decisive impetus and sets the course for the time to come. As by far the most important trade fair, it covers the entire process chain. At drinktec, groundbreaking technologies as well as products and solutions from the industry are regularly presented. The impulses for innovations and changes are given here. A total of 76,000 visitors attended drinktec 2017. On 150,000 m² of exhibition space, they were inspired by the products and innovations of the 1,750 exhibitors. The fact that 71% of the exhibitors come from abroad and the visitors from 180 different countries shows the high degree of internationality of the fair.
