The GenussGipfel in Cologne, with a 24-year tradition, has established itself as the central meeting place for German delicatessen traders.
With over 100 exhibitors from all over Europe, the delicatessen fair offers an impressive variety of new products - from traditional manufactories to innovative start-ups. The wide range of products extends from fish, sausage and cheese to spices, vinegars and oils, wines, chocolate and pastries.
Every year, the GenussGipfel attracts around 400 trade visitors from the delicatessen trade, gastronomy and hotel industry. An extensive supporting program with renowned speakers rounds off the event and makes it an indispensable industry get-together in Germany.
