ISM 2023 in Köln

ISM is the leading international trade fair for confectionery and snacks. With top-class exhibitors and expert visitors, the trade fair offers unique impulses and innovations. The supporting program includes a colorful mix of information and entertainment. While the latest consumer and product trends will be presented at the ISM Expert Stage, visitors will be able to sample and buy the latest halal products at the ISM Halal Market. Also in 2022, the ISM Award for extraordinary merit in the confectionery and snack industry will be presented. The congress "#CONNECT2030 in transition" will turn the global spotlight on the future of the confectionery and snack industry.

The 51st edition of ISM was a complete success with around 37,000 trade visitors from 148 countries. On an exhibition and event area of around 90,000 m², 1,085 exhibitors from all over the world presented their new products. A special focus was on natural, healthy and sustainable products.
