The Freizeit Messe has been held annually at the exhibition center in Nuremberg since 1966. As Northern Bavaria's largest leisure fair and offers everything around the topics of vacations, caravanning & camping, sports & outdoor, leisure and garden. The Music Fair Nuremberg and the Whisk(e)y Fair Nuremberg THE VILLAGE take place parallel to the Leisure Fair Nuremberg.
After the Freizeit Messe 2021 had to be cancelled due to a pandemic, it could be held again as a presence event in 2022. On an exhibition area (gross) of around 37,000 square meters, more than 350 exhibitors (manufacturers, retailers, tourism and service companies) presented their products and services to around 41,500 end consumers and trade visitors.
