The 2025 Career Day for Women in Law is scheduled to take place on October 24, 2025, in Munich and is aimed specifically at female law students in their fourth semester or above, or those with outstanding academic achievements. The event is organized by the e-fellows.net network. The aim is to provide female students with practical information about career paths in large law firms, the public sector, and companies, as well as to facilitate direct exchange with HR managers and female lawyers.

The event will focus on the following main topics:

• Applications, legal clerkships, and entry into large law firms
• Career paths in the public sector, companies, and associations
• Networking, mentoring, and exchange among women in the legal field
• Internships, part-time jobs, and doctoral opportunities
• Workshops on application photos, resumes, and negotiation strategies

The fair offers a compact and intensive program with personal contacts—female students can meet representatives from law firms and institutions, get application tips, and discuss their first career steps. According to the organizers, around 30 highly selected female students were chosen for previous women's specials and met with a small group of exhibitors, so the event deliberately focuses on quality and networking rather than mass orientation.
