herCAREER expo 2025 in München

Gender equality is a top priority at herCAREER expo 2025. As the leading trade fair for female careers, herCAREER expo is dedicated to supporting women in the professional environment. By breaking down hierarchies, the fair offers a platform for ambitious women, from graduates to employees to founders, where they can exchange experiences and network at eye level. Visitors can also meet experts and other people from the fields of politics, science, business, culture and media.

The supporting program includes over 60 exciting lectures and panels in the auditorium, over 300 MeetUps, such as Authors- or Podcast MeetUps, Founder Pitch and Talks and Labs with more than 450 role models, insiders and experts. This year's speakers and table captains include Christina Tillmann, board member of the ADAC Foundation, Yasemin Efiloğlu, AI specialist and politician, Jenny Friese, board member of Allianz Beratungs- und Vertriebs AG, Prof. Dr. Yasmin Weiß, multiple supervisory board member, founder and many more.

At herCAREER expo in 2024 with 273 exhibitors and partners, 25,000 digital matches, 6,971 visitors enthusiastically participated. The success of the trade fair was reflected in the recommendation rate of 97%. Visitors were able to benefit from numerous advisory services on finance, law and pensions, the job exchange, information on starting a business and offers on family, care and career.
