LASER World of Photonics 2025 in München

LASER World of PHOTONICS is the world's leading trade fair for photonics components, systems and applications. Since 1973, it has stood for size, diversity and relevance and convinces with a first-class portfolio. The entire photonics value chain - from components to systems - is presented at the trade show. Every two years, the most important key players in the industry meet here to benefit from the unique mix of research, technology and application and to network with international colleagues.

The World of Photonics Congress provides a comprehensive overview of the latest photonics research. Discussions include basic and application-oriented scientific topics, as well as the latest laser and photonics applications in industry and medicine. Every two years, more than 6,500 participants learn more about lighthouse projects in photonics and laser research. Among the speakers of the more than 3,600 lectures and presentations are famous personalities from science and industry as well as Nobel laureates.

The last LASER World of PHOTONICS in 2023 attracted a total of 40,000 trade visitors from 70 countries to Munich. On a total area of 66,000 m², including the World of QUANTUM, around 1,300 exhibitors from 40 countries were represented.
