productronica is the leading international trade fair for electronics and especially for the production and development of electronics and a place where around 1,400 exhibitors from over 45 different countries can come together to exhibit the latest products and present and exchange ideas and innovations. For exhibitors, the show is one of the most important events of the year, as it is one of the largest in its sector and allows them to expand their network in the electronics industry worldwide.

After being held for the first time in 2000, productronica is now a must-attend event for electronics industry professionals. Visitors can get an idea of the latest products and developments in the sector in one place and talk to exhibitors, exchange ideas and get opinions in real time.

Over the four days of the exhibition, productronica welcomes around 42,000 visitors and over 2000 forum visitors from over 94 countries. At the last trade fair, most visitors came from the areas of manufacturing, production and quality assurance and control, as well as visitors from business and plant management.

Among the top 5 visitor countries besides Germany, Italy was in the lead, closely followed by France, Austria, Switzerland and Turkey. However, the trade fair is also very popular in countries such as Israel, Poland, Great Britain and Northern Ireland. In total, international participants make up around 55% of all visitors, who can get their fill of the exhibits on display across 90,000 m² of exhibition space.
