Lebensfreude Frühlingsmesse Hamburg 2026

The Lebensfreude Spring Fair Hamburg 2026 will take place from April 24 to 26, 2026, at the MesseHalle Hamburg-Schnelsen and offers an inspiring experience for people who value health, conscious living, wellness, sustainability, and holistic life impulses. In previous years, the event, which traditionally takes place twice a year, attracted up to 10,000 visitors and brought together over 100 exhibitors, lectures, workshops, and other program items for body, mind, and soul.

The focus is on the following main topics:

• Health, wellness, and holistic lifestyles (e.g., yoga, meditation, alternative healing methods)
• Conscious nutrition and sustainable living (including tips on nutrition and sustainable products)
• Inspiration and personal development through lectures and workshops
• Creative, arts and crafts, and spiritual offerings for everyday balance
• Family and children's area with activities for all age groups

The Lebensfreude Spring Fair combines exhibitor stands with an extensive program of lectures and events consisting of readings, experiential workshops, and live events where experts from the fields of health, consciousness, nutrition, and sustainable living share their knowledge.
