STICKS & STONES Cologne 2026 will take place on January 31, 2026 at the Palladium Cologne and is considered Europe's largest LGBTIQ+ job and career festival. The event is aimed at pupils, students, career entrants and professionals and offers a platform for exchange between LGBTIQ+ talents and employers who value diversity.

In addition to the opportunity to get in touch with numerous companies, visitors can look forward to a diverse supporting program with inspiring talks, panels and workshops on current trends in the world of work and the queer community. In addition, free coaching sessions, CV checks and networking sessions will be offered to promote professional development. The last STICKS & STONES in Berlin was a complete success with 2,000 visitors, 80 exhibitors and over 30 talks, panels and workshops.
