Moin Moin from Hamburg, my name is Vanessa and I am a business administration student in the 11th trimester. After I passed my A-Levels I worked as a receptionist in a gym. Customer care and service management were activities which I had to take every day as may first priority. A friendly and open attitude towards customers isn’t unacqainted to me. Prior to my studies I worked as an assistance at the boutique UNITO Young Fashion including sales support, customer care and the clearance of goods for over 2 years. I gained experience in selling books over the online platform amazon since I´m 15 years old. Therefore, I am very familiar with the storage clearance and inventory activity. In addition to my jobs at Instaff, I have already taken over several hostess activities through the agency UCM. I have taken over responsibility in the fair support of Rotkäppchen Sekt and at a laboratory fair. Additionally I had the honour to promote Lieferheld and took part at the service activities for the summer party of the Asklepios Clinic. Apart from that, I registered customers at the national ship fair SMM and accumulated experiences in service functions for serveral jobs as a waitress on weddings and by movie openings through Instaff. I also obtained the worldwide accepted language profile SLP 3333 through my main job The last thing worth mentioning is my special relation to all animals as a owner of a horse and a dog.
