He was very nice and even tried to work as a barista, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Therefore, I can only give two stars. I would give everything else four. It would just be nice if someone applying for a barista position actually was a barista.

Commitment was okay. The language was a bit difficult.

He was the only employee who didn't request his trade fair ticket in advance, as communicated in the briefing. Which isn't surprising, since he didn't even know such a thing existed, which is quite surprising after so many assignments. He wore a bright red T-shirt instead of the black clothing requested. When we offered him one of our shirts (we had spare work clothes with us for this case), he refused because it was too big, in his opinion. My service manager then had to constantly remind him for the rest of the evening to put his cell phone away during the call.
