We used Johanna for the IFA in the promotion. Unfortunately, she smiles little or not at all. There were also some riots, so that the cooperation did not work quite smoothly. After a conversation she has tried again.

We had booked Johanna for the distribution of a high-quality art newspaper, because in her profile she describes herself as "open to people" and "always positive". During our collaboration, we found that she was initially passive. In the course of the three-day job, she appeared to us partly disorganized (drink forgotten> short breaks except the plan necessary, jacket forgotten despite outdoor use> additional warm-up break, mobile phone on the second day not loaded> from afternoons unavailable). On the second day, despite the promoter promoter's promise to be on site for a quick feedback after work, she left work earlier than booked. for which she apologized the following day. By expressing various personal sensitivities she gave us the feeling that we had to take care of her and we were unsure if she would be reliable the next day. The distribution was carried out after two conversations finally to our satisfaction, for which we thank the promoter. We would also like to highlight their courtesy, willingness to improve and perseverance. However, on the basis of this individual experience, we would like to urge her to organize herself better and not involve private matters in the job, in order to make work focused and smooth.
