We had booked Ms. Martha for our exhibition stand to speak directly to customers and encourage sales discussions - an important point that was discussed clearly and unambiguously in advance. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met. Instead of actively dealing with customer contact, Ms. Martha was mostly busy keeping the exhibition stand clean while not speaking to potential customers. This behavior was in clear contradiction to the agreed tasks. In addition, Ms. Martha was late for the second day of the exhibition, which further disrupted the smooth running of the event. Overall, we were unfortunately dissatisfied with her performance.

Mahta provided us with professional customer support at the SMM 2024 in Hamburg. She was always friendly and attentive. Thank you for the great work.

Mahta applied for a shift at the bar with us, without any experience whatsoever, and was not willing to be shown this in the evening. She confirmed to me in advance that she had read the briefing that was sent with it. However, she did not stick to the specified dress code and did not know which drinks were to be served. Our internal bartender then wanted to show her a few things on site, which Mahta did not even want to look at. Our bartender was naturally quite outraged. So the work was refused, and the shift ended after half an hour.
