In 2024, we moved into our new office - bright, spacious, and with plenty of room for creative work. Open workspaces meet conference and quiet rooms, creating the perfect mix of collaboration and focus.

Claudia
Claudia - Senior Community Manager
Claudia studied journalism in Berlin and joined InStaff in 2019 through a recommendation. She started as an employee in
Community Management and has since significantly shaped the growth and development of the team.
Since 2023, she has been Senior Community Manager and also oversees the contract management team. She is equally passionate
about continuously optimizing Community Management processes and the well-being of her team.
Julia - Head of Product
Julia first studied theater studies in Munich and discovered her great affinity for software development during that time. After
graduating, she began another degree in media informatics and worked on the side as a hostess and promoter through our InStaff platform.
The professionalism of the platform convinced her so much that Julia completed a three-month internship with us in 2018 to get a look
behind the scenes.
After completing her studies, Julia, as the first Product Manager, took on responsibility for building an agile product management framework.
Since 2022, she has been Head of Product and leads the product team with great enthusiasm for innovative solutions and user-centered product development.

Georgii
Georgii - Team Lead Mobile Development
Georgii studied marine engineering in St. Petersburg (Russia) and completed his master's degree in 2019. During his studies,
he discovered a passion for software development and started his career as a JavaScript developer before specializing in iOS.
After successfully completing a project in Frankfurt, he joined InStaff in October 2023. In his first year at InStaff, he significantly
contributed to increasing the number of users of our iOS app by 200%. Due to his great commitment and employee-oriented leadership style,
Georgii was promoted to Team Lead Mobile Development in February 2025.

Max
We founded InStaff in 2014 to bring together employees and employers efficiently and fairly on our digital platform. In the long term, we want to develop into a digital full-service staffing provider.
