„Der Einsatz war voll unorganisiert und ich möchte nochmal betonen, dass wenn man das erste Mal auf der Messe ist, man Zeit brauch um sich zu orientieren, damit man effizienter und schneller arbeiten kann. Der Chef meinte am Anfang das wir zu langsam wären und das kann die Laune von den Mitarbeitern, die sich die Mühe geben, ändern und dann hat man auch keine Lust mehr auf die Arbeit.“

„Es herrschte teilweise ein sehr rauer Ton, des Weiteren waren wir viel zu wenig Mitarbeiter eingeplant und die Ansprüche waren sehr hoch. Zudem gab es teilweise Missverständnisse, weil der Vorarbeiter kaum Deutsch gesprochen hatte. Des Weiteren wurde komisch geschaut, und teilweise unnötige Kommentare abgelassen, wenn man seine Pause in Anspruch genommen hatte. Des Weiteren waren die Toiletten, nicht nutzbar, weil sie so verdreckt waren, sodass man sich geekelt hatte dort sein Geschäft zu erledigen. Man ist dann wohl lieber woanders hingegangen. Es wurde keine gute Atmosphäre geschaffen für die Mitarbeiter. Es zählte lediglich die Arbeitskraft. Außerdem wurde man jeden Tag gefragt wie lange man bleiben könne, da man verständlicherweise nicht fertig wurde. Arbeitsschutz wird hier kleingeschrieben bis hin egal. Unterm Strich würde ich für diesen Arbeitgeber nicht mehr arbeiten und auch nicht empfehlen.“
