„Die Aufgaben sind sehr eindeutig festgelegt, täglich immer exakt die selben und teilen sich auf die zwei Aushilfen von InStaff auf.
Eine Aushilfskraft muss die ersten 4 Stunden das Besteck vom Vortag in eine Maschine geben, die es trocknet und anschließend von Hand über das quasi schon saubere Besteck nochmal drüberwischen und es einsortieren. Danach muss diese Person die restliche Zeit am Tablettband stehen und die einlaufenden Tabletts der Kunden abräumen (grob aufgeteilt nach Besteck, Gläser und sonstiges) und das darauf befindliche Geschirr auf ein anderes Laufband stellen. Dies passiert bis ca. 30 min vor Schichtende. Ganz am Ende wird der Arbeitsbereich und die sehr sehr große Geschirrspülmaschine gesäubert mit Schlach und Gummiwischmops.
Man hat zwei Pausen von jeweils 30 min und kann in dieser Zeit auch das Essen aus der Cafeteria essen.
Die zweite Person steht am Ende des Geschirrspülbandes und muss die frisch gewaschenen Waren einsortieren. Das mehr oder weniger die ganze Schicht lang. “
