„ Im Team haben wir die Gäste mit Sekt und Fingerfood empfangen. Danach haben wir die Gänge serviert und das gebrauchte Besteck wieder abgeräumt. Im Anschluss haben wir den Nachtisch angeboten. Zum Schluss wurden nur Getränke serviert, aufgeräumt und dann das ganze abgebaut.“
