The focus is on regional products as well as quality and freshness. Over 150 exhibitors inform the visitors about the current trends, latest products and innovation. Its services range from types of presentations of furnishings, current design for vehicles, preperation for food, non food products, together with cash desk- labelling systems. Numerous regionale and international exhibitors invite to taste the varied snacks, salads, ice creams, pastries, meat and sausages products and cheese specialities. Highlight is the 7th international Lake Constance Competition where the young talents present their skills.
