IAA (Pkw) 2019 in Frankfurt

The IAA Pkw is the world's leading trade fair for mobility. The fair has been taking place for more than 120 years. Since its premiere in 1897, it has been closely linked to the development of automobiles and since then has repeatedly asserted itself as a leading international platform. Every two years it takes place as by far the most popular mobility platform in Germany and attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors. The biggest brands in the industry aswell as suppliers, innovative tech companies and start-ups have the chance to exhibit their products and innovations to a large audience of regular as well as trade visitors.

The IAA Pkw 2017 attracted a total of 810,000 visitors. They were impressed by the products, solutions and innovations of the approx. 1,000 exhibitors from 39 countries. Visitors were able to witness a total of 228 world premieres at the fair! In 2019, the IAA will present itself as an international platform for mobility change under the motto "Driving tomorrow". The core topics are electric mobility, networked and autonomous driving and automotive transformation. The IAA 2019 is divided into the following four formats:

In addition to the trade fair events, the supporting programme also includes various specials at the trade fair. Lectures, conferences, congresses, forums and discussions enrich the trade fair experience of every visitor and create a platform for making new contacts and discovering new business fields.
