The Second Home Expo is organized 2 times a year in Jaarbeurs Utrecht. This is one of the main exhibition venues of the Netherlands and located in the centre of the country. The Second Home Expo is organized in the Utrecht since 2001 and is with an average of 150 exhibitors one of the larger exhibitions.

The demand for holiday homes is focused on the mediteraen countries, ski-areas and holiday homes in the Netherlands. The last group is prominent visible at the expo, a few even bring real holiday homes to the exhibition.
