In times when job fairs and career events have to be cancelled, talentine provides a framework that enables digital job fairs and online career fairs that do not represent an inadequate 1:1 transfer of existing fair concepts into the digital world like other online fairs, but combine expanded and new digital concepts and put them to use. The four building blocks of talentine are: Orientation, Inspiration, Connection and Collaboration.

The talentine Digitale Hochschulmesse Aachen 2020 is aimed at students and graduates. Here they can discover job opportunities by meeting many employers from the Aachen region, but also national employers like Ericsson or Deutsche Telekom. One focus of the fair is on the MINT departments. Internships, part-time jobs, dissertations, trainee positions or permanent jobs - everything is offered to the participants here.

Direct contact with employers can be established in matching videos. Employer profiles with descriptions, pictures and training offers facilitate the selection.
