boot Düsseldorf 2020

The boot Düsseldorf is the world's leading trade fair for water sports. It was founded in 1969 and takes place every year. It is the driving force for all areas of water sports. It is the industries undisputed number 1 and therefore a must for the industry. The trade fair is business, networking and innovation platform at the same time and open to both trade visitors and private visitors.

boot Düsseldorf 2019 marked the 50th anniversary of the fair and attracted around 250,000 visitors from 1,000 countries. Almost 2,000 exhibitors from 73 countries presented their products, concepts, innovations and technologies on 220,000 m² of exhibition space. A total of 1,500 sailing yachts and motor boats were on display at the exhibitors' stands and more than 2,100 accredited journalists were on hand to report live on the trade fair events. In 2020 boot Düsseldorf will take place for the 51st time and with the following nine theme worlds:

The accompanying programme of the fair has various formats available. In addition to impressive live acts and boat premieres, there will also be a wide range of interactive events and tasting courses. These include fishing, paddling, sailing, trial diving and trying out trend sports such as surfing, wake and skimboarding or Stand Up Paddling (SUP).
