Heimtextil 2020 in Frankfurt

As the largest and most important international trade fair for home and contract textiles, Heimtextil is held every year in January. The fair is an important meeting place for all players in the sector and, by opening the new business year for the industry, an indispensable barometer of mood and trends. Heimtextil took place for the first time in 1971 and can therefore look back on its very own tradition and expertise. Here, manufacturers, retailers and designers present their latest products and trends in the fields of interior design and interior textiles. From decorative and upholstery fabrics to bed, table and bathroom textiles, sun protection and wallpaper, everything can be found at the fair.

In 2019, more than 67,000 trade visitors were attracted to the trade fair and were inspired by the innovations and products of the more than 3,000 exhibitors on 229,000 m² of exhibition space. The newly designed Trend Space, formerly Theme Park, is the first port of call for an overview of current market developments for 2019 and 2020. The Heimtextil Navigator app provides visitors with excellent guidance, as well as news on the highlights of the event.

The supporting programme of the fair includes specialist lectures, competitions, evening events and presentations as well as various special shows - rounding off the trade fair experience.
