Do you need Hostesses for Exhibition JOKA Biathlon WTC 2020 in Gelsenkirchen?
The JOKA Biathlon WTC is the largest biathlon spectacle in the world. Since the event was first held in the VELTINS Arena in 2002, it has been repeated evey year in between Christmas and New Years Eve. The stadium is one of the most modern multifunctional arenas in Europe and can be transformed from a football stadium into an ice hockey stadium, a handball hall, a concert hall or a biathlon arena within a few days.
46,412 winter sports enthusiasts travelled lat year to the 18th Biathlon WTC 2019. The highly emotional farewell of biathlon queen Laura Dahlmeier was probably the crowning highlight of the event. The seven-time World Champion and two-time Olympic Champion put in another strong performance at her farewell and finished in fourth place. With a sovereign performance, the team from Norway, consisting of Marte Olsbu Roeiseland and Vetle Sjastad Christiansen, fought their way to first place in the packed VELTINS Arena.
As every year, a music act will also be part of the accompanying programme in 2020 to create the right atmosphere. Visitors will also not have to miss out on the usual snowball fight world championship in the winter village, the German Challenge and Herbert's shooting match. The event will be rounded off by a gigantic indoor fireworks display in the VELTINS Arena.
