eat&STYLE 2020 Hamburg

The eat&STYLE is a temple of pleasure for all foodies, hobby cooks, food experts and all those who want to become one. Here you can experience star chefs and well-known celebrities of the scene live and up close and personal in what they do best - namely, conjuring up extraordinary food!

Almost 10,000 visitors came to eat&STYLE 2019 Hamburg and were inspired by the range of food, information, ideas and innovations offered by the 150 exhibitors. New trends, exciting products, a wide range of shopping and spectacular food presentations made the event an absolute experience. At eat&STYLE Hamburg 2020, visitors can expect the following five theme worlds:

• Sweet & Green with Anna Gliemer
  Baking has always been the trend - vegan baking now even more so! Founder of the gleem manufacture and chocolate lover Anna Gliemer brings together baking that is vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free, and shows that you don't have to sacrifice taste for healthy baking.

  Are you interested in wine and have always wanted to become a real wine expert? Participation in the wine&STYLE seminars is a step in the right direction!

• Miele Innovation Lab
  For more than 100 years, the Miele brand name and technical innovations in household and kitchen appliances have been synonymous. In the Miele Innovation Lab, you can experience at first hand future trends which will significantly change the kitchen landscape as we know it.

• FOODBOOM
  FOODBOOM is an absolute explosion of taste. The shrill team of professional chefs, photographers, video producers, food stylists and social media freaks brings food to the audience in completely new and varied ways. A lot of BOOM is preprogrammed

• Coffee Area
  What is the difference between sun-dried and washed coffee? What is the difference between different varieties such as Robusta from Arabica? What type of coffee am I? Visitors can find answers to these and many more questions here.
