Tire Technology Expo 2020 in Hannover

Tire Technology Expo is Europe's most important trade show and conference for tire manufacturing technology. The event took place for the first time in 2000 and since then every year. It offers visitors a top selection of materials and equipment for the entire spectrum of tyre manufacturing. The Tire Technology Expo is an ideal networking platform to maintain existing business relationships and form new ones. At the same time it offers the perfect environment for demonstrating new technologies with its highly qualified specialist audience.

Tire Technology Expo 2019 attracted 5,600 visitors. The 290 exhibitors advised them on their products, concepts, solutions and services. The conference was attended by more than 450 participants, who listened to the presentations of the 180 speakers in 12 different streams. The fair covered all topics of the industry. From the role of tyres in the transport solutions of the future to material research, modelling methods and tyre testing to improvements in manufacturing, sustainability developments and recycling, everything was covered. Tire Technology Expo 2020 marks a special event: the 20th anniversary of the show.

The accompanying programme of the fair included an extensive congress and workshop programme. In addition, as every year, the Tire Technology International Awards for Innovation and Excellence were presented at an award dinner - the world's largest honor for outstanding achievements in the field of tire development and manufacturing.
