EQUITANA Open Air 2020 [VERSCHOBEN] in Mannheim

The EQUITANA Open Air on the Maimarkt grounds in Mannheim is one of the most important popular sports festivals in Germany - everything revolves around horses and equestrians. It takes place every year and offers visitors the opportunity to get to know the latest products and services of the numerous suppliers. The range of products offered at the festival includes everything from carriages and horse trailers to fence and stable equipment and all kinds of accessories for horse and rider.

More than 17,000 visitors came to the last EQUITANA Open Air 2019 in Mannheim. They were advised by the 150 exhibitors on products, services and trends. About 1.000 equestrians and horses were at the festival - on 6 different riding arenas.

The programme of the fair consisted of various events. These were tests, lessons, show numbers, different competitions, qualifications for dressage and show jumping as well as Western and Icelandic horse riding. The most exciting part was probably the speed trail with its interesting obstacles. Otherwise reserved for professionals, even laymen could try their hand at the obstacle course.
