SMTconnect 2020 [ABGESAGT] in Nürnberg

SMTconnect is the trade fair for microelectronic components and systems. It was founded in 1987 and takes place every year. It is the only event in Europe that combines people and technology from development, service, manufacturing and application of microelectronic assemblies and systems.

In 2019, 13,000 visitors from 60 countries attended SMTconnect. The 417 exhibitors from 26 countries provided advice on their products, innovations, technologies and services over an exhibition area of more than 26,000 m². The focal points for SMTconnect 2019 are:

• System development and production preparation
• Materials and components
• Processes and manufacturing
• Reliability and testing
• Software and production control

The accompanying programme of the fair consists of various formats. At SMTconnect, for example, visitors can expect a hand soldering competition, the Career Center Job and Career, various panel discussions, product presentations, company presentations and lectures as well as the "EMS Park" special action area. The Technology Days will again take place parallel to SMTconnect 2020.
