Spielwarenmesse 2020 in Nürnberg

The Spielwarenmesse, one of the most important events in the toy industry, takes place every year in Nuremberg. With its first event in 1949, it celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2019 - making it certainly one of the most traditional trade fairs. National and international brands, buyers of large companies, start-ups and retailers meet here. As the Spielwarenmesse is only open to trade visitors, it is the perfect platform for networking, making new contacts and cultivating tried and tested business relationships. At the fair you will find baby articles, lifestyle and trend products, school supplies and stationery, outdoor, fireworks or carnival articles, electronic toys and much more.

The Spielwarenmesse 2019 attracted 73,000 trade visitors from 120 countries, who were inspired by the products and innovations of more than 2,850 exhibitors. Of these 2,850 exhibitors, 831 were not represented at any other trade fair, which demonstrates their confidence in the Spielwarenmesse. Of the more than 1 million products, over 120,000 were new. There were country pavilions for: Hong Kong, UK, USA / Canada, Italy, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, India, Australia and Spain. There was also a special pavilion: Best of China.
