Heimtextil 2021 [VERSCHOBEN] in Frankfurt

As the largest and most important international trade fair for home and contract textiles, Heimtextil is held every year in January. The fair is an important meeting place for all players in the sector and, by opening the new business year for the industry, an indispensable barometer of mood and trends. Heimtextil took place for the first time in 1971 and can therefore look back on its very own tradition and expertise. Here, manufacturers, retailers and designers present their latest products and trends in the fields of interior design and interior textiles. From decorative and upholstery fabrics to bed, table and bathroom textiles, sun protection and wallpaper, everything can be found at the fair.

Heimtextil 2020 was a special trade fair to mark the 50th anniversary of the Heimtextil event series. 62,970 visitors came from 136 countries to attend this spectacle. On an exhibition area of 238,000 m², they were able to obtain advice on the latest trends, innovations, concepts and products from a total of 2,918 exhibitors from 64 countries.

The accompanying programme of the fair included numerous events, special shows, lectures, showcases, competitions and highlights, among them Trend Space, Sleep! The Future Forum, Interior.Architecture.Hospitality LIBRARY, Interior.Architecture.Hospitality EXPO, Heimtextil Zeitreise: Celebrating 50 Years of Interior Design, Green Village, DecoTeam, Design Dialog, Textile Technology Talks, Interior.Architecture.Hospitality LECTURES, Interior.Architecture.Hospitality Talents and the Style Forum. The New & Next university competition will take place at Heimtextil 2021.
