ISH 2021 [DIGITAL] in Frankfurt

ISH stands for the topics: water, heat and climate. It is the world's leading trade fair for bathrooms, intelligent building technology, energy technology, air-conditioning technology and renewable energies. As a trend-setter for modern bathroom design and sustainable heating and air-conditioning technology, as well as Smart Home and resource conservation, it is the international meeting place for the sector. Every two years, it offers an information, networking and purchasing platform to all those important decision-makers for whom the responsible use of energy and water in buildings with a focus on maximum efficiency, the highest design standards and ideal user comfort plays a decisive role.

Around 190,000 visitors from 161 countries came to ISH 2019 to find out about innovations and trends as well as the products of more than 2,500 exhibitors from 57 different countries. A total of 66% of the exhibitors and almost 48% of the visitors came from abroad. The partner country was France. Here the latest trends and developments for sustainable sanitary solutions and innovative bathroom design were presented in the industry's largest showroom for modern bathroom concepts. This year's ISH focused, among other things, on the themes:

• Digital heating technology and modern heating systems
• Indoor Air Quality
• IoT in building automation
• Heating with wood
• Smart Buildings & Spaces

The ISH supporting programme includes various special shows, competitions, panel discussions and lectures. From 26.03.2021, the fair will also be open to all those who are not trade visitors. The events have been grouped into the following three categories:

• Skills@ISH - the framework for numerous forums, seminars and lectures at ISH
• Career@ISH - a special offer for the promotion of specialists and junior staff in the following industries
• Selection@ISH - bundles various projects for visitors such as guided tours and special shows as well as competitions and award ceremonies.
