Nord Gastro & Hotel is the trade fair for the catering and hotel industry. It has taken place in Husum every year since 1999. Here everything revolves around the innovations in the food and non-food segment. Representatives of the gastronomy and hotel industry, catering and communal catering meet here to establish business relationships, place orders and further educate themselves.
In 2021 the Nord Gastro & Hotel will take place as usual in Husum. Last year the fair attracted 4,800 trade visitors, who came to the 10,400 m² exhibition area to get advice on the latest products, innovations and trends in the sector from the more than 250 exhibitors. The topics for 2021 are:
- Kitchen technology
- Hotel and gastronomy facilities
- Drinks, beers, wines and spirits
- Food, bakery products, meat products
- Coffee and hot drinks
- Cash register systems, software
Various events will take place as part of the trade fair's supporting program, including the regional Feinheimisch market, the Newcomer Area, the wine village and various hygiene training courses.
