Alles für den Gast 2021 in Salzburg

The fair "Alles für den Gast" is the leading trade fair for the catering & hotel industry. Every year the fair greets thousands of trade visitors, distributors, hosts and manufacturers from around 15 countries. The fair in Salzburg invites for making new contacts, get information about product innovations and to present own products. For 5 days the fair expects 740 exhibitors, 46.630 trade visitors on a 45,200 m² exhibition area. 

In 2021 the highlights of the fair are:

• Barista-Champion
• Start-ups
• GastoHackathon

Barista will have the opportunity to fight for the title of Austrian champion. In the categories barista, brewers cup and cup tasting the attendees need to be convincing. In 2021 the start-up scene gets a new stand location to support the innovative scene. At the GastroHackathon the participants need to solve gastronomic problems in 24 hours. After the solutions will be presented to the trade professionals at the Gastmesse. Additionally the fair presents a new lecture program this year, where lectures about current trends and topics from gastronomy and hotel industry will be given.
