gamescom is the world's largest event for computer and video games and the leading business platform for the games industry in Europe. At the gaming festival, visitors can expect the latest trends, countless world premieres and spectacular show experiences. On Tuesday evening the fair starts with the Opening Night live. The mega-event will also be hosted in 2022 by Geoff Keighley, the host and producer of "The Game Awards", and will present the hottest releases and exciting new products.

An original show program with international cosplayers, cartoonists, show acts, music acts and live casts can be found in the Cosplay village. In addition, the Red Bull Gaming Ground and the gamescom beach club powered by bigFM await visitors to the outdoor area. In addition, an extensive digital program will be offered at gamescom now.
