herCAREER 2022 in München

Gender equality is a top priority at herCAREER. As the leading trade fair for female careers, herCAREER is dedicated to supporting women in their careers. By breaking down hierarchies, the fair offers a platform for ambitious women - from graduates to employees to founders - where they can exchange experiences and network at eye level. In addition, visitors can meet experts and other people from the politics, fields of science, business, culture and media.

The supporting program includes more than 60 exciting lectures and panels in the auditorium, more than 350 MeetUps, such as Authors- or Podcast MeetUps, Founder Pitch and Talks and Labs with more than 450 Role Models, Insiders and Experts. This year's speakers and table captains include Verena Lammert, editor at Digitale Innovation and WDR co-founder of Kooperative W, Angelika Huber-Strasser, regional director of Süd KPMG Germany, and Ulrike Scharf, Bavarian state minister for family affairs and State Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Bavaria.

On the herCAREER in 2021 with 233 exhibitors and partners, 25.000 digital matches, 3567 visitors participated enthusiastically. The success of the fair was reflected in the 95% recommendation rate. Visitors were able to benefit from numerous advisory services on finance, law and pension provision, the job board, informations on starting a business and offers on family, care and career.
