BioSüd is one of a total of four organic trade fairs for the specialist trade. In 2009, the first BioSüd took place in Augsburg. Nationwide and regional players from the German organic sector present selected and certified organic products here. Exhibitors from the organic farming and health food sectors are also represented. The fair is aimed exclusively at trade visitors. Representatives from independent food retailers, specialty retailers, natural food and health food retailers, organic supermarkets and catering and bulk consumers come.
