Internationale Grüne Woche 2023 in Berlin

The International Green Week is the leading trade fair for food, agriculture and horticulture. It took place for the first time in 1926 and has since then made a rapid journey. Representatives of the food industry, gastronomy, wholesale and retail trade, importers of agricultural products and experts from administration and politics meet here. More than 1,800 exhibitors present over 100,000 products from Germany and all over the world at the International Green Week.

At the fair, exhibitors and visitors can look forward to a varied supporting program with more than 300 specialist seminars, symposia, congresses and discussion forums, in which current market trends in agricultural policy and exciting growth strategies will be discussed. The Global Forum for Agriculture will kick things off. In addition, a variety of workshops and events, such as making unique biotopes for the home balcony, crafting decorative flowerballs and flower wreath weaving, will be offered. A special highlight is the parade with 200 product kings in beautiful gowns showing their products and being crowned. Visitors can also be inspired by famous TV chefs during the cooking shows and taste plenty of food. The evening events and receptions, such as the BayWa Evening or the Lower Saxony Evening, invite visitors to engage in informal networking.
